01 Remote

Remote support is the most convenient option and can resolve a wide array of issues. It’s the perfect starting point for us to understand what’s happening and perform our initial diagnostics for you. We can typically resolve most software & application related issues over a remote session. We currently provide remote sessions to customers anywhere in Australia with convenient, easy to use remote software.

02 Onsite

Onsite support is required if an issue cannot be resolved through a remote session, or if it is specifically requested. Typically an onsite visit will be required for network or hardware issues that prevent a remote session from working. This option is currently provided to customers within our onsite radius (displayed below) at standard rates.

03 Offsite

Mail-in support is a great option if you are either outside the radius for an onsite visit or wish to have your hardware looked at offsite, repaired and then sent back to you. This option is offered to customers Australia wide at our standard time based rates + relevant postage fees
